With the next new champion announcement, and with his sister being spectral, is it safe to safe that Aphelios will get a spectral/Spooky skin at some point?
We haven't had a spectral/spooky skin since Spectral Fiddles and Spooky Gangplank. Please Riot!

I could see a Spectral type skin on him.
Though with his release coming in time with the new Night vs Dawn event, I think his launch skin might be a Nightbringer/Dawnbringer to go with the upcoming Dawnbringer Karma and what seems to be dual Legendary Nightbringer/Dawnbringer Soraka. And the Lee Sin + Prestige will be part too since it's the last event of 2019.
(we don't get our usual snowdown, sad)
