Targons ancient sword

+20% attack speed +55 attack damage +10% colldown reduction +15% life steal

Unique PASSIVE: when you do an ability to another champion. It applies one stack . when you get 4 abilities to one champion he gets silenced for 2 seconds.when you apply the 4 stacks you get targons power. You cant silence the same target for 10 seconds

targon's power: you get 10 attack damage for 3 sec.you cant get the effect again (20 sec colldown)
