[Champion Concept] Kasroc, the Great
This the reworked Kasroc the Great that no-one probably heard of. This champ has been in the works for a year now. No art for him yet and lore will be reworked eventually to fit the new lore style and also the voice lines/taunts are not ready yet. So without further (what nobody reads) a due here he is.

Kasroc the Great

Passive: Way of the Warrior: Kasroc gains bonus attack damage equal to 2% of his maximum health Passive: Will of the Warrior: Kasroc’s health regeneration is increased by 1% for each 5% of his missing health.
Q Chaos Cut: Range (425) Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 Cost: No Cost Passive: For each basic attack and Q hit, Kasroc applies one stack of Chaotic Wounds. When three stacks of Chaotic Wounds are applied, they are instantly consumed and reduce Kasroc’s cooldown by 1 second and he gains [(30/35/40/50/65)+ (1%/1.5%/2%/2.5%/2.5% of Karoc’s HP)] After stacks are consumed on an enemy, they cannot be affected by Chaotic Wounds for 5 seconds. Active: Kasroc swings his sword quickly twice, dealing 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110(+0.3 AD scaling) per hit. The swing applies two Chaotic Wound stacks. (This hits twice)
Chaos Cut can be used during Into Battle! to deal the same amount of damage to enemy units below Kasroc, and applies one stack. Stacks can be consumed during this effect.
Chaos Cut can be used right after landing from Into Battle! making Kasroc spin and apply two stacks to enemies around him. Cannot be used if Decapapunch was used in the air.
W Decapapunch: Range (300) Cooldown: 16/13/12/11/10 Cost: No Cost Active: Kasroc punches and follows through his punch dealing 75 / 100 / 125 / 150 / 175(6% of max hp) physical damage until the first Champion he hits. When Kasroc is at the end of his range or hits an enemy champion, a shockwave is sent out, dealing 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125(3% of max hp) damage and slowing enemy units by 35% for 1.5 seconds.
Decapapunch can be used during Into Battle! to have him slash all enemies below and stop his momentum.
E Into Battle!: Range (675) Cooldown: 24/22/20/18/15 Cost: No Cost Active: Kasroc jumps into battle, stabbing his swaxe into the ground when he lands dealing 35 / 80 / 125 / 150 / 185 (+0.2 AD)(+10% of max hp)
R :Seismic Explosion Range (400) Cooldown: 150/120/90 Cost: No cost Kasroc starts charging energy for an explosive attack, while charging Kasroc’s movement speed is slowed by 15%. Kasroc cannot attack or use abilities while charging except for Into Battle. After 2 second of charging Kasroc releases an AOE explosion does 150 / 250 / 350 ( +30% of Kasroc max health )enemies caught in the explosion are briefly knocked back. Kasroc gains armor/magic resist for each enemy champion hit by (5%, 10%, 15%) for 3 seconds.
Lore : Over the past millennia Runeterra has been ravaged by the last two Rune Wars. Little does anyone know that the first one was just an onslaught of one person. Before it began Runeterra had actually almost achieved peace, but this single man declared war on the whole continent. The war raged for 64 years until he was eventually defeated in the Fyrone Flats. His weapon was left there since no one could move it and it was corrupted will deadly arcane magic. He could not be killed so his body was sealed by the Institute of War into a thing they were creating called the Summoner’s Rift. But in recent times the Institute of War suddenly built a new Summoner’s Rift for no clear reason, but they knew. They gave him the title “the Great” for he put up the greatest fight the world had seen. A month after the new Summoner’s Rift was put to use, the old suddenly exploded. The continent of Valoran has had its worst fears come true. Kasroc had broken free.

Appearance: Red eyes Brown wavy hair. a cloak similar to the one that Guts from berserk wears with dark-armor underneath similar to the protagonist of the glory of Hercules’ armor.. Similar body size as Tryndamere/Braum/Jayce
Personality: Sarcastic and acts like an ass alot of the time For reference- Senyu - Ross
Weapon: A sword with the blade of a battle-axe replacing the handle guard. The length is as tall as him
Skin Ideas: Hero Kasroc- Has white roman clothes on. Swaxe is gold. Has gold laurel crown in his hair. Pool Party Kasroc- Swaxe is made out of pool floaties. Cloak is a towel.

Update 11/18/14 Nerfed Q's ad scaling to 0.3 from 0.5 Nerfed W's range to 300 from 550 and increased the cooldowns to 16/13/12/11/10 from 10/9/8/7/6 Added slow duration on W Nerfed E's range to 675 from 800 and increased the cooldowns to 24/22/20/18/15 from 15/13/11/9/8 Also nerfed E's ad scaling to 0.2 from 0.35 and removed the ap scaling and added an armor scaling Increased E's damage to compensate for ad scaling nerf to 35 / 80 / 125 / 150 / 185 from 45 / 80 / 115 / 140 / 175 Nerfed R's range to 400 from 500 and added duration of snare and duration of buff
*Update 3/5/15 Nerfed Will of the Warrior ratio from 1-1 to 1-5
Added length of time after stacks are consumed that Chaotic wounds cannot be applied for Increased Q's cooldown to 10/9/8/7/6 from 9/8.5/6/5/5 Increased number of passives stacks required for Chaotic wounds to be consumed from 3 to 4 Decreased heal % scaling from Chaotic wounds to 1%/1.5%/2%/2.5%/2.5% from 1%/1.5%/2%/2.5%/4% Added note that EQ combo cannot be used if W was used during E
If W is used in the air it will now stop his momentum
Changed E's scaling from +15 armor to 10% heath
Various changes the ult including a charge time that now slows while charging and can only use E while charging, cannot be reactivated to ult early. Lowered the damage from 150 / 300 / 450 to 150 / 250 / 350 No more ad scaling on ult but an increase to % health scaling from 5%/10%/15% to a flat 30% Decreased armor and magic resist per champion hit from 5%, 10%, 20% to 5% to 10%, 15%
with his barbaric warrior style. His passive suits him quite well. Some of the abilities could be explained better though. But, overall it was an interesting concept.
