Race: Robotics Age: At least 300 human years. Occupation: Information Keeper (?) for the Institute. Faction: None. Prefers to stay by himself (?) most of the time. Gender: Considered Male. if he was organic.
Health: 666 (+85 per level) Fuse: 200 (Regenerates 50 Fuse per 6 seconds) Attack Damage: 55 (+3.6 per level) Attack Speed: 0.650 (+3% per level) Movement Speed: 340 Health Regeneration: 10 (+0.60 per level) Armor: 30 (+3 per level) Magic Resist: 25 (+3.5 per level)

Passive: Radioactive Presence RHAB constantly releases a lethal gas from his hardware, causing nearby enemies to take (10,20,30) magic damage. Affected enemies take +5% damage from RAHB and his allies. (Damage ranks up each time ultimate ability is upgraded). Range: 250 units.
Q: Skyhigh Plasma Bolt: RHAB fires a laser from his core, which can be launched halfway across the map. The damage of this ability is lowered every 400 units. Enemies hit by Skyhigh Plasma Bolt are slowed for (10%,20%,30%,40%,50%) for 5 seconds. 400 Units from RHAB: (30,40,50,60,100) 800 Units from RHAB: (20,30,40,50,90) 1200 Units from RHAB: (10,20,30,40,80) ETC. (17,16,12,10,9 seconds cooldown.) (Scales on 90% AP) Costs 100 Fuse.
W: Smashing Back To Back! RHAB grabs an enemy champion and slams them into himself, inflicting (10,20,30,40,50) Attack Damage to both himself and the targeted champion. The targeted champion is then stunned for (.5,1,1.5,2,2) seconds. (20,17,15,12,10 second cooldown) (Scales on 60% AD) Costs 50 Fuse. Range: Same as Singed's flip.
E: Radioactive Barrage!: RHAB stops in place and throws a bomb that explodes on impact in a radius of 500 units. All units hit by Radioactive Barrage! are now affected by Radioactive Presence for (2,3,4,5,6) seconds. (10,9,7,5,3 second cooldown) Costs 25 Fuse. Throw Range: 800 Units.
R: Rocket Thrusters: RHAB activates his rocket thrusters, and shoots into the air. For (1,2,3) seconds, he can move in any direction he wants, but he has the same movespeed as he does on the ground. When the timer runs out, RHAB slams into the ground, dealing (100,200,250) AD damage. (200,150,100 second cooldowns after landing.) Costs 200 Fuse. NOTE: Fuse does not regenerate during Rocket Thrusters. (Scales on 70% AD)

Taunts: "Seems this time, the machine is the one with the bigger brain. The best part is, I don't even have a brain." RHAB opens the top of his head to reveal a black void.

"How obvious." RHAB's head spins around.

Fun facts: RHAB's systems seems to respond positively to random jibberish from seemingly broken and old artifacts found by the Institute.
RHAB will sometimes become extreme hostile for no apparent reason, and at other times seem calm (If a robot can even be that) for no reason.
