There is no pretty girl champion since jinx. I think riot still have the ability to make pretty girl champion. They made Star Guardian Lux recently which is the same champion with different face.
I would really like to see more pretty girl champs like Sona, Lux, Katerina, MF, or Jinx. It provides more choice for new girl players to play with. Also, we can see beautiful cosplay with the champion.
We've got quite a bit of pure human female champions....

On another note. There are plenty of "pretty" female champions. Of course "pretty" is subjective. This is shown by those who posted here say that Jinx isn't pretty. Imo, I do think Jinx is pretty. Though more cute...in that psychotic anarchist sort of way. Which is kinda my thing when it comes to some women. shrugs
So, imo there are a lot of female (human) champions and female champions in general. Though, there are more guy champions as far as I know.
So, in my opinion I do think there needs to be more unique champions. Cut from a different cloth. Monsters, demons, angels (only two really, but one is evil), the other three Darkin, some more dragons (Just Shyvana gets a bit stagnant imo, though I love Shyv), and possibly a few constructs (golems, sentinels, etc.). Just my opinion.
You're first thought of a pretty girl is, jinx? Someone who looks like they're about to starve to death? Personally I don't think either extreme end of the health spectrum is attractive.
How about we just ask for GOOD character designs instead of having to focus on their gender or sexual orientation or skin colour
