Matchmaking rework and ingame balance issues

Hi Riot, Summoners, lately im very unhappy playing ranked games in soloqueue for the following reasons and maybe others share my feelings about it. I really hope RIOT is considering some of the issues, because for me it destroyed wanting to play this game any longer.

PROBLEMS

1. Ragequitters, AFK Players mostly in combination with feed I know there is this thing called Leaverbuster, and the new remake feature but in my opininion leaving a ranked game should be punished **alot **harder. Me + 3 other players waste at least 30 minutes of their sparetime (matchmaking + pick / ban phase + 20 minutes to surrender) for a game that is to 95% unwinnable. Of course it is only a videogame and there are more important things in life blabla but actually if you dont have the time to play, nor a good internet connection, nor the mental stability to take a beating in early game you shouldnt be allowed to play ranked games or at least be punished hard for wasting 4 other peoples time and making them lose ranked points. Most (not all) of the ranked games I win take around 30-50 minutes, and im so fed up with losing this hard earned points one game later because of an AFK / ragequitting feeder.

2. Smurf Problem I know this is not controllable but the amount of 2,3,4 account players that play in an elo they actually dont belong has increased in my opinion and seeing a player winning his lane easily and snowballing hard becoming unkillable in matter of minutes well its frustrating.

3. New level 30 players and champion experience I know, not all new level 30 players are new to the game (smurfs) but why the hell is it possible as a player that has been playing this game for years being matched with a new level 30 player with maybe 10 ranked games experience? Maybe 1 or 2 new level 30 might have better playing ability but that is an rare ocassion. Why is it possible to play ranked games with champions under a level mastery of at least lets say 5. If one doesnt have a good champion pool or experience with some champs, well he should play alot of normal games before even been able to join ranked games.

4. Feeders. Can it be that hard to find a solution if the same player dies to often in a certain amount of time to do something about it? increase his respawn timer. Give the team an option to put him into timeout. Make a safezone around a turret that he cant leave. Players with repeating high deathratings in games should'nt be able to play ranked games anyway.

IDEAS FOR A SOLUTION

1. Start punishing AFK / Ragequitters alot harder. Ban them from ranked Games for 2 days, 4, days, a week or longer and so on.
2. Make a maximum gold per minute limit. Smurfs and snowballing players that make all the kills cant make more than a certain amount of gold because it gets capped. A player winning alot of games in streaks and with hight kda rating should be matched with players of the same ratings in further games, so smurfs can play against players of their type.
3. Dont allow champions being picked without a certain experience level on them. Let new level 30 players play against each other, dont match them with veterans unless 50 won ranked games or so have been achieved.
4. Give us matchmaking filters. I want to have influence on what type of players i want to play with. If i can filter out new level 30 players or allow only champion picks with a certain level i have no problem waiting 5-10 minutes or longer for a matchmaking.

Dont use the excuses: "Well, they are paying customers and we dont want them to wander of to a different game if we ban them for to long." Im a paying customer as well and im tired of this situation and i bet the other 3 players that lost their game because of one idiot are pissed as well.

"Matchmaking would take considerably longer if we put in to many filters". Well i rather wait 5 minutes longer for a match and have decent players joing my team instead of wasting 30 minutes for nothing.

make some friends party up with them and dont play soloqueue Im old and if i make friends with 15 year old players and chat with them i probably go to jail x-D
