Wouldn't it be so cool if riot would have a contest where people could send in submissions of a champion idea and the winner gets there champion created as a new release? Or is that just not cool and This is stupid

No rito wouldnt do that, otherwise they would have to make helmet bro a character.
Nah, I really wish they did. I love my concepts so much, and have a lot of confidence in them T^T
It would be interesting and would be the first contest like that as far as I know for Mobas, but it's the odds of it happening is the main problem, especially since Reds don't really respond to anything relating to champ concepts IIRC.
I used to play HoN a bunch, and they ran community champion creation events a bunch. I took part in one (I managed to get into the final four for voting), but the winning champion got re-designed a bunch after the contest ended and the community got sour about it (rightfully so).
I think it could be really fun, but there is a large risk involved that I doubt Riot would take.
I'd like it if they had a mode that let you mix and match spells with a champion base.
Thats sound awesome and i f u win ur champion would be created and u can get them free. Also have a vote to see which champ there could be a contest to make a skin for them and there skin would be created and they would get it free. It'd be amazing to have done, I've got 2 champs that are reasonably fleshed out, but aren't getting attention because of damage values >.< Anyhow, I support this, let's say 1k upvotes and rito makes this happen?
Anyone can make half decent champion kit, but I bet you many people can't make a champion kit that fits well with the game.

I've had almost nothing but positive feedback about my Lorana, the War Maiden concept. So yeah I wish they would do something like that.
That would be nice, but the community would almost certainly vote for a joke champ (namely helmet bro), of which riot might be hesitant to put in.
The real issue though, is that if you're a champion concepter, you know how much effort and creativity is needed for a champion concept, and nearly a hundred-fold more for Riot's champions. it has to be an amazing idea that is universally accepted by multiplw teams, of which is unlikely to happen from a community concept.
Still, would be nice to see Dane in-game...
the mccc and CCC exist as contests for those who wish to enter. While the champ does not make it ingame it does provide for positive feedback. Also Starting next month The Second VBunnie Challenges post will be made.
It's a neat idea, but there's also a TON of ways it could go horribly wrong.
Let's be clear, coming up with cool champion ideas actually isn't that hard. I've been looking around these forums for years now- there are some concepts I'd genuinely love to see happen. But generating the idea is not that hard.
