Swain is a poor champion who almost 4 year haven't new skin. Other low pick rate champion can get a new skin sometime, but Swain got nothing at all. Im really disappointed. The 5 years without new skin is coming , can anyone tell me when Swain can get a new skin?

There is little to no justice in the skin department.
Zyra has gone almost as long without a skin now as well.
I think, at this point, the department we should ask for answers is the champ update team.
The question should be when Swain gets his full VGU?
The skin team tends to avoid creating a skin for champs that are high on waiting-for-update list. They might give Swain a 750 skin in near future which I really hope they wouldn't.
Am I disapproved of 750 skins, Sure, Why not? Do you really think this kind of skin ,no matter how beautiful it would be, is worthy 4 years waiting? Big No No for me. He deserves something far more better than that. Only special meal not just a snack.
