Here are some shitty ideas.
Chef Zed. He looks cheffy. Chopsticks for blades (meshes with the ninja/Asian thematic of Zed/Ionia respectively), cleavers for shurikens. His shadow is a dough-version of himself, and his E is him chopping food up. His R Lethal Pop is teeth biting down (chonp). Hence the name, Chef.
Heartbreaker Zed. He looks fancy. Blades for blades, broken halves of hearts for shurikens. His shadow is a lovey-version of himself, and his E is roses flying up. His R Lethal Pop is a heart being broken. Hence the name, Heartbreaker.
Academy Zed. He looks delinquenty. Pencils for blades, scissors for shurikens. His shadow is a doodled version of himself, and his E is papers flying up. His R Lethal Pop is an F being stamped on a paper. Hence the name, Academy.
Reverse Zed. He looks shadowy. Blades for blades, shurikens for shurikens. His shadow is Zed, and his E is his E. His R Lethal Pop is his R Lethal Pop. Hence the name, Reverse Zed.
Lil Slugger Ekko. He looks athletic. A baseball with the bases for his Q, a bat for his... weapon (what the fuck does he use), a dufflebag for his Z-Drive. His W is a baseball field which traps people when he steps onto the field, and his E is him sliding. His R is him going back in time while hitting a home run. Hence the name, Lil Slugger Ekko. _**

Midlane Mixmasters: Pop/electronic music theme. Like DJ Sona. Rivaling TT. No rivalry with Pentakill. They just pentachill.
Mixmaster Zed: He looks mixmastery. Blades designed around equalizers for blades, discs for shurikens. His shadow is an equalizer version of himself, and his E is music notes flying up. His R Lethal Pop is a bass drop. Hence the name, Mixmaster.
Mixmaster Azir: He looks mixmastery. Back-up dancer Soldiers, a giant ass mic for the tower. Mic staff. He doesn't have much more to him. Hence the name, Mixmaster.
Mixmaster Leblanc: She looks mixmastery. Back-up vocalist. Mic staff. She doesn't have much more to her. Hence the name, Mixmaster (Mixmistress?).
Mixmaster Viktor: He looks mixmastery. I don't wanna give him another fucking mic staff. Another fucking mic staff. His mechanical arm is a spotlight. His W is a field of music which traps people. His R is a floating speaker which shocks people with music. Hence the name, Mixmaster.
Mixmaster Ekko: He looks mixmastery. A disco ball for his Q, a keytar for his... weapon (what the fuck does he use), a boombox for his Z-Drive. His W is a field of music which traps people when he steps onto the stage, and his E is him sliding (not the same way as Lil Slugger, but sliding on his kneeeees). His R is him going back in time while hitting a slick keytar riff. Hence the name, Mixmaster.
Toplane Thunder: Rock theme. Like Pentakill, but more tame. Subject to change bc VGUs. Prepare for screech. Many screech. Rivaling MM and Pentakill.
Thunder Shen: He looks thundery. Guitar Spirit Blade. Mic for his physical blade. He smashes his blade when he autoattacks after he calls his guitar to him with a thunderclap. His W is a field of music that prevents autoattacks from doing things. His E is him screeching as he dashes. His R is a screech with a thunderclap as he emerges. Hence the name, Thunder.
Thunder Akali: She looks thundery. Drumsticks instead of kamas. W of electricity. E is her hitting a shitload of drums really fucking quickly. Thunderclap on her dashes. Hence the name, Thunder.
Thunder Aatrox: He looks thundery. Mic for sword. Q is a screech as he slams down with thunder. W is swapping from normal mic to thundery mic. His E is... something or the other. His R is a long ass screech for the duration with a thunderclap when he hits R. Hence the name, Thunder.
Thunder Poppy: She looks thundery. Mic for hammer. Idfk her basic abilities. Just assume they have something to do with screeching and thunderclaps. Her R is a thunderclap when she knocks someone up/away. Hence the name, Thunder.
Thunder Sion: He looks thunder. Guitar for axe/hammer/whatever the fuck Sion uses. Q is him screeching as he slams his guitar. W is him screeching some more with a thunderclap as the shield pops. E is him screeching. His R is him screeching as he charges down mid, and a thunderclap when he stops.

Schoolteacher Camille would also be an interesting. She'd have those dull kiddy scissors as legs and she'd be just as snooty and proper, but she'd yell out grammatical rules like, "I before except after C, children." When she's up against Amumu, Annie, Lulu, or any other small or child characters, she'll be even snarkier.

Looking at Syndra and Aatrox 
The 2 aren't anything short of bad mannered, consigned to actions ruled by darker emotions or intentions which they both DO NOT feel is absolutely "Evil" or "Malicious" in anyway because their use of their power is, to them, as nature intended.
Their Justicar skins sort of give people a glimpse of what could be, even if it is impossible and would never happen.
Syndra could have mastered restraining her own power until she had mastered using them with precision, and could have gone on to be a great Super Hero had her judgement not been clouded with thoughts of Vengeance.
Aatrox, from a certain perspective, appears to be a savior, always helping the underdog in a war skirmish, only to disappear, though he just enjoys the sensation he gets when a confident foe barely has time to realize their time is up.
Well, Evelynn simply enjoys blowing out the brightest candle. But suppose she had been as a deity entering Runeterra that despised all of the pain, hatred, and bloodshed of the Rune Wars instead of reveling in it. What would she look like? How would this influence her powers and appearance? (most likely wouldn't be covered in shadows, but light).
I know I'm not the only one who feels this should be a thing, as googling "League of Legends Arclight Evelynn" will show you.
I was also thinking of Reverse Kled, but that's just... that's just silly.
Sweetheart Zoe. Preferably a legendary skin so she could have all sorts of lovey-dovey lines.
Her Q could be a valentine she throws at people, her W balloons could be heart-shaped, and her E could use heart particles instead of butterflies.
Plus then she'd match Sona, my other favourite champion.

I'd make a series of skins for all champions who hop and turn them into penguin skins with waddle animations when they're hopping.

Kitty Cat Rengar. Just imagine Rengar as a cute/ adorable kitten you just want to smush all day long. Maybe give him some plastic toy like weapons. It would be a fun skin in general, goes nice with kitty katarina, and meowkai. Oh and you definitely have to make his recall him playing with a ball of yarn.
If this isn't limited to skin lines that already exist, and we're allowed to make anything we can dream up, I have always ALWAYS wanted a Carnevale themed skin for Kassadin. Something that looks straight out of the 18th century, a beautiful velvet robed costume that trails behind him with golden tassels hanging off of drooping sleeves, a pair of black satin gloves covering his hands, a painted mask over his eyes and nose, just a really regal, ornate look, dotted with sparkling little jewels and lined in white frills. I'm sure a few other characters would fit the thematic of it, as well, like Jhin and Shaco.
Mecha Camille with motorbike transformation as recall animation. No, Hextech Camille probably wouldn't exist as she's half hextech augmented already. Bloodmoon Camille seem's like community's most wanted, and I agrree with her wearing a Bloodmoon mask like Kennen or Yasuo with extremly light blue eyes.
I would make frozen shen look exactly like he does in the splash art
Probably something like Ice Cream Rumble (His Q shoots ice cream, his mace is an ice cone, his feet are scoopers etc. etc.) or Cardmaster Taric (His gems are chips and his E makes him stack a deck of cards and then fire them etc. etc.)
