Practice Warding in practice tool

I am just wonder if it would be possible to uncap the amount of wards you can place at one time on the map and maybe a special item only usable in practice tool that provides an unlimited amount of wards. This is just for practicing warding without having to go back to base 24/7 and being able to see optimal ward coverage around map, and a button to clear all ward on map or reset map completely.

On a different note: I think it would be cool to have like a special reward for collecting all skins in a set (for example: battlecast skins). The reward can a icon, emote, or ward skin.
