[RGM Idea] Totally random randomized game?

Hello there! Recently, I was thinking about URF and Rotating Game Modes and I've had this idea, which could be fun to try (maybe?).

What if we had a game mode, which gives you totally randomized everything? E.g champion select is based on ARAM rules, but you don't know which skills do you have until the game loads. You can end up with Teemo with Garen's passive, Morgana's Q, Neeko's E and Senna's R (ohmygod) or anything else you can imagine. It could give you randomized spells also, for more variety.

My second thought is: if the twisted treeline is retired now, maybe it could have its rebirth with this gamemode? As an permanent mode maybe?

Doom bots had this idea, maybe it's time for us to try that combo?

What do you think? Would you play a game mode like this? Would you change anything? Would it be fun to try? I'm looking forward to hear your ideas/thoughts!
