Skins based on season ending rank

Silver - Normal Skin Gold - Victorious Skin w/Victorious ward Plat - Legendary Skin w/Victorious ward Diamond - Epic Skin w/Victorious ward Master/Challenger - Ultimate Skin w/Ultimate ward

A total of 5 skins would be available to choose from instead of having to have the one champ at the end of the season. Each champ would have 4 new possible skins(Victorious-Ultimate) Each player will be able to choose which champ they wish to acquire and would get the skin based on the rank they ended with. Also, Plat-Challenger will be able to choose an additional skin only if the additional skin is at least 1 tier lower (Plat to Gold)
