The Star Guardian skin set looks amazing, Totally trendy, I think this skin set deserves to be made, Please Riot. Even if there were maybe different champions.

Not sure about all the choices of champs, but would definetely support more star guardians.
Too many top laners. And their outfits are cloned. Everyone's hair is the same as their base skin's except for Lux, who we are basing the skin idea off of, silly. Change their hair up~!
TOP - Star Guardian Riven 
. She can have a normal schoolgirl outfit and when her ultimate is on she turns into the Sailor Moon-esque being of awesomeness. 10/10. Her hair would be in the updo it usually is, and when she ults it could be like, Redeemed Riven hair.

If we were going for a meta 5 man team (it saddens me to leave Akali out of this, but SG Syndra would make such an amazing skin; I also don't mention Sona for support as she already has DJ and Arcade; Diana and Leona would be great rivals so Leona gets the nod):

What about Garen? He's Lux's sister. Certainly he deserves a Star Guardian skin. Especially since we haven't seen a new Gare-Bear skin in awhile. <3

It's a nice concept, but the outfits need to be more diverse... Realistically speaking, for example, how would you expect Riven, Irelia, and Fiora to fight in really short skirts and show off that much skin?
