Two new ideas

I got these ideas from things that annoy me from the game.

The first one is to be able to change masteries/runes places. If you want for exemple to have all your top masteries together but then you create a new one and all is fucked up.

The second one is to be able to create champion set, like item set. So when you play top for exemple you can search ''top'' in the champion bar and you get your ''top champion set''.
