Blood Moon Kayn and Zed skin?

I asked Riot Support on twitter if they would make a Blood Moon Kayn skin and they directed me here , they said because of his ionian heritage the odds were high. Im fairly certain zeds ionian and i thought if they were to bring out more blood moon skins those two really deserve a spot.

Dont have a concept for either but if someone wanted to create one???

I hope you get what you want, but that sounds like the exact thing I hate about this game. We don't need more brooding ninja assassins for the brooding teenagers who love Assassins Creed to gush over.
