New champion

We need to have a new champion that looks like and old man with a walking stick his q could be him smacking enemy on their head with walking stick his w could be deactivated twice (like riven r) 1st he will reach down and get a tennis ball of the bottom of the walking stick and 2nd him throwing at enemy like gangplank his e could be a shield stun slow almost like ekkos w and his r haven't thought of that yet his backing animation could be him on an old person scooter taking off. His dance he can be dancing then his back cracks or something. Please make this happen rito
