Executioner Kog'maw Skin Idea

Greetings!

           I've come up with a concept idea for a new Kog'maw skin that could be captivating. With the marksmen updating incoming, Kog'maws ultimate will now do damage based on the targets missing health. (This will give his kit an execution-type feel.) The key element to the **Executioner Kog'maw skin** would be the **dropping of guillotines** for its ultimate. I'm not big on graphic design, but I'm positive the riot staff and/or community will be able to create the riveting art for the skin.
