I have Super Galaxy Rumble in my Loot Inventory since weeks but today I got Arclight Vayne and I thought YES NOW I HAVE THAT SKIN but again I just have 1498 OE is there any chance RIOT gifts me the 22 OE ?

Send a support ticket with a drawing to bribe riot, and they will give you the Orange Essence
