Missed concept on mini boss skin

i feel riot missed an opportunity by making a mini boss karthus skin, he has the feel and the potential look to have interesting particles and graphics as a mini boss or boss skin, blitzcrank skin is just meh, like, it doesnt even have any sort of flavor or miniboss feel. im dissapointed.
