A Rework idea for the devil himself
I'd like to hear people's opinions on this, also may have made a few errors so if you see any please comment about it and I'll see to it getting fixed.
Passive: Pretty much the same except when an enemy champion walks within his attack range and has no allied champions or minions near him (alone) teemo will enter an "Ambush Set" state which means his next attack on an enemy champion will deal 20-40% bonus damage (goes of level) and will slow the enemy by 40-70% (goes of level.
Ability one: 'Harmful Toxins' Passive: Teemo gains 0.08 more attack speed per second while in combat. Stacks up to 6 times.
Active: Teemo will coat his darts in a venomous liquid. This will give Teemo's next 5 auto attacks 20-60 Bonus magic damage (scaling via level) and a damage over time effect that will deal (1-18+1% of AP) magic damage to the enemy champion. This will also lower the enemies magic resist by 5. Can stack up to 5 times.
Ability 2: 'Evasive Maneuvers' Passive: Teemo when not in combat will gain a 10-40% movement speed buff (scaling with level)
Active: On activation this ability will do a small dash during which teemo is untargetable and unable to be hit by CC of any kind until the dash is complete. The dash takes 2 seconds to complete at all levels. Can go over terrain.
Ability 3: 'Crippling Poison' Passive: Teemo will gradually collect materials from the terrain to use in his poisons, upon hitting 20 stacks of material Teemo's next basic attack will deal 20-60 bonus magic damage (scaling at all levels) and will slow enemy champions by 35% for 2 seconds.
Active: Teemo coats his next 5 attacks with a crippling poison. This poison will deal 20-80 Magic damage and will lower the enemies Attack Damage by 5, also lowers their movement speed by 10%. Can stack up to 5 times.
