Jarvan Skin concept?

Fun skin idea: Pool Party Jarvan. He has a pool noodle as his spear, his flag is a "No Diving" sign, and his ult inflates a kiddy pool. He would be dressed similar to Lee Sin, but his visor would be backwards an he wouldn't be bald. Thoughts?

His visor should just be snorkeling equipment. I'm not sure if you can separate the spear and the pole, as when he uses the standard, he throws the spear and the flag is attached to it.
