New Champion Idea (Close to old TF, but really not)

So unfortunately, I have not come up with any concept art or lore yet, but I have a basic idea of how this champion would work.

The idea is he/she is a thief/gambler and while it closely is like the old Twisted Fate, it is more gauged to the support role and helping others get more gold, faster. With this, there is a HUGE risk/reward factor for this champion.

Role: Support Damage: Physical/Melee

Passive: Share the Wealth- Over time of gold generation through all of his abilities, he saves up a side pot to share with his friends, 10% of gold he and his Gambling Mate accrue through his abilities. Every time he returns to the fountain, and any or all allies return within 5 seconds of his return, he cashes in the gold for each ally. If he dies, he loses all the gold he has saved up. A small percentage of that gold, 5%, remains at the place of his death for either team member to pick up and take. (If not giving to every ally that backs with him, then it gives it to the first person to back with him at the fountain. But with this, he wouldn't lose ALL the gold he's saved up over time, just a small percentage.) When he dies, he drops his legendary bag of gold, which can be picked up by ANY CHAMPION on either team. This bag of gold only contains 50% of his accrued gold, the other 50% he buried. (This includes his Gambling Mates accrued money as well.)

Q: Mug- He quickly dashes to an opponent(skillshot, can be interrupted by minions, and barriers of any kind, except yas wall) and deals damage (50% of his current gold)+(50% of his physical damage) and slows the enemy by 40% for 3 seconds. If the enemy was affected by any CC in the last 3 seconds, it stuns instead for 1 second. Also, while mugging the enemy, he manages to steal a flat percentage (5,10,15,20,25)+(2%,4%,6%,8%,10%) of their gold(increases at ranks 1-5). Cooldown- (14,12,10,8,6 seconds) Mana Cost- 50 Gold cost- (2,4,6,8,10)

W: Gambling Mate- Passive [He picks an ally, giving them a slight health regen bonus, (2% of your health regen), also granting them bonus gold generation (+2 gold per 10 seconds, +4 gold per 10 seconds, +6 gold per 10 seconds, +8 gold per 10 seconds, +10 gold per 10 seconds) to both him and his Mate. Must be within a certain range of his Mate (800 units).]

W: Gambling Mate- Active [Upon activation, the Gambling Mates(him and his partner) swing their bags of gold around them in an area quickly (100 unit range) losing a percentage of their gold (1% each) and knocks back all entities as far as 300 units.] Cooldown- (30,27,24,21,18 seconds) Mana Cost- (20,40,60,80,100) Gold Cost- 1% of gold from Share the Wealth.

E: Greed- He dangles his bag of gold in front of his enemies, 50-200 range in a cone for up to 200 units away. Upon seeing the gold, enemies are overcome by their own greed and are Charmed for up to 2 seconds. This ability is a channel and can be canceled manually or by using an ability, or by Hard CC or death, and does no damage. Cooldown- 10 seconds, Mana Cost- 50 Gold Cost- None

R: Private Gambling Hall: After a 2 second channel, a square gambling hall drops down and encases ALL ENTITIES within it. Each of the 4 walls can be broken by 5 basic attacks, but after one falls, they all fall. In this Gambling Hall, you are gambling 2 things, your life and some gold. After (5,10,15 seconds) the Gambling Hall gets reported to the cops and is shut down, disappearing. Within this time period, there is a marker for how much hp is lost by both teams inside. At the end of the time, the lowest score wins, and each champion participated in the gambling session takes the gold based on the amount of damage dealt overall (50%). If someone dies in the hall, the walls immediately fall, and gold is given to each of the champions in the Hall, this amount is reduced to 25%. Cooldown-(90,75,60 seconds). Mana Cost- (50,75,100) Gold Cost- None

It's an interesting concept (I was actually literally thinking about why we didn't have a gold income based support a few hours ago), but how is he gonna help against a rengar gank? Or how is he gonna help the ADC stay alive late-game? Is he a tank?

You need more incentive to pick him over any other support, imo
