The art for the creature wasn't quite the way I planned it out but I think it gets the job done. This creature is basically a Hextech Frankenstein without any flesh. The bones of the creature are melded together with some Hex Tech, during the animation process the bones were burnt but the creature came to life.

REVISED

His passive is Hex Rage; Hex Rage gives Tordrom attack speed boost after every 10th auto attack for 0.05 seconds

Tordrom's Q is Fangs First; Fangs First stuns the enemy champion and drains his/her life for 0.05/0.10/0.20/0.30/0.40 seconds at a rate of 25 life per .02 seconds.

Tordrom's W is decapitation; Decapitation does a base damage of 50/75/100/125/150 AD This is a melee attack.

Tordrom's E is flail; Flail locks onto the enemy dealing 25/45/65/85/120 damage over 2.5 seconds. Tordrom while dance around the enemy still target-able.

Tordrom's R is Raising Hex; Raising Hex will create a impenetrable Hex bubble around Tordrom when cast, trapping enemies and allies inside. outside damage cannot enter the hex bubble inside damage cannot leave the hex bubble.

In all honesty, the look you are trying to go for for the champion makes me think of a lithe creature able to go in and get out quickly and do damage as quickly, but what you are proposing is a mix and mash of champions that just wouldn't work too effectively with eachother which brings me to this point. If we wanted a champ that had a shunpo, we'd do a number of dash, teleport champs. If we wanted a Cho Q, we'd play a number of similar champs. If we wanted a damage augmentation, we'd play a number of those.

Nothing in this kit says, "DAYUM this is really cool." or even, "The way the abilities are fit what Tordrom is." though you do want him to be a tanky character don't you? He is too similar to so many champions that we have, what makes him an instant, "I want to play this champion"?

Tordrom's passive seems it WOULD be a decent passive except for sever points.

  1. It sounds similar to Garen passive
  2. Without a cooldown, it is extremely annoying and perhaps too powerful depending on numbers.
  3. If a lockdown, tanky initiator had this and it would activate frequently, then it would be something to cause many to just stare at their computer and be like, "What the heck."

As for his Q. [zombie-brand-mindblown] WHY? A bright flash that everyone but he can see? It technically can fall under the category of griefing. More importantly, it doesn't at all belong in this kit, better to have a shield depending on how many enemies are around him or something that would give him a decent ability to stay in a fight.

It may be one opinion, it may be a bad one, but I figure that offering any feedback is better than coming in and not saying what is wrong with the post. I hope it helps this and future posts.
