Oh the possibilities?

So, I'm not certain if this is the right area.... But what about adding announcer packs to the game? I just recently binge watched all of Rick and Morty, and stumbled upon Dota 2's announcer pack for it... And I thought, "that'd be sweet if Riot did things like this..." But what's stopping it? They've shown us champion skins, they've shown us MAP skins (in the past), they've even shown minion skins! So why not allow these things to be purchased? Maybe even add in different announcer options? Idk. random noobie thought of the night. Have a good day, folks!
