CHAMPION IDEA: Gwendolyn - The Enchantress

Gwendolyn is a mid lane mage.

Her Q is called "Cold Snap". It's an instant cast spell that freezes all nearby enemies in place. After casting, Gwen's footprints leave an icy trail that slows enemies. This deal some damage with AP scaling.

Her W is called "Meteor Fall". This spell is casted at the cursor's location with a short delay. Then, a small meteor falls and hits the ground and does a small aoe burst + AP scaling. This should be a lot like Karthus's Q cast wise, and look somewhat like Veigar's Dark Matter.

Her E is called "Time Zone". She creates a pretty big time bubble. enemies inside have decreased movement speed and projectiles don't go nearly as fast from enemy attacks. Plus, enemies have decreased MR. In addition, allies actually get sped up.

Her R is called "Static Field". Gwendolym cam either enchant herself, of enchant a teammate. Whoever she enchants pulses lightning damage for (x) seconds. These lightning charges can bounce from enemy to enemy also, if they're in range, and can bounce up to 3 times. This dealing damage, scaling with her AP.

I saved the passive for last, which is called "Master the Elements". After using 7 spells, Gwen's next spell will have a MASTERED effect: Q: Gwendolyn gains movement speed after casting W: 3 meteors fall instead of 1, and the ground is left to burn for a few seconds E: If enemies stay too long in the time zone, they are stunned R: Pulses twice as fast for the same duration
