Reikel: The Yo-Yo Assassin of Damacia

So Reikel is an idea for a new character I came up with who is a 19 year old who has mastered the art of the yo-yo, and is capable of playing with 6 yo-yos at a time. His yo-yos have become his weapon of choice in that he custom made them to have blades sticking out of them which kill all those in which he strikes. The blades have been laced with arsenic, causing damage over time (like cassiopeia and twitch), making him a force to be reckoned with. Reikel will be a hybrid ranged character in which the strength of his attacks rely on AP and AD. His main abilities are:

Q: Radial Strike- In which his attack does AOE damage stunning those with higher health than him. This is great for taking out a group of minions or having a quick getaway from ganking situations.

W: Crisis Regen- Sort of like Yi's health regen, this skill would increase Reikel's Mana and Health Regen to 3x the normal amount for about 15 secs, making him ideal for long term laning. To keep this from being abused, Cooldown for this ability would be about 100/90/85/80/70 secs.

E: Backlash Fury- Reikel unleashes a fury of 4 yo yos slashing all those in the chosen direction. For all those hit in his path, the severity of poison's detrimental effects are aggrandized. (Ex: Double for two champions and triple for 3-5 champions).

R: Tormental Master- Much like Wukong and Katarina, this ability deals AOE damage, knocking up all those caught in the radius, having all 6 yo yos hitting without mercy.

Passive-Omega Force: Since Reikel is a hybrid character, the higher the AP the more detrimental the poison effects will be, and the higher the AD the lesser the cooldowns of his abilities will be. Making you choose between both will either make him a hard hitter with poison damage, a well balanced damage and cooldown, or great for team fights and cc in the spamming of his abilities.

Reikel is a cool looking dude, of which whom annie and jinx have a crush on, rocking nice kicks, a backwards cap, and a belt on which he carries all his yo yos. The rest of the lore Riot can come up with.

He will be a great addution to any team and great for cc and engage. His ideal keystone would be Stormraiders.
