Diana Rework (fighter)

Passive - Gains Attack Speed. Every third strike cleaves nearby enemies for additional magic damage. (Keep it the same just take out magic damage and put in Attack Damage.)

Q - charges her weapon with energy, causing his next attack to deal additional damage and reducing armor by a %. Very simple but works great with passive. let me explain. If you activate her Q with her passive it would hit more then one champion and reduce more then one Champion's armor percentage. Plus do more damage all around.

W - Keep it the same but have it scale with health. (for sustain, I want her to be the in your face type of fighting champion.)

E - Keep it the same. (Lame right? but it will work great with her ult.)

R - Here we go. It will be an AoE type ult. Basically it will be a big circle with her emblem(the one on here forehead) in the middle of it. Now who ever is in said circle will be in the dark(like Nocturne's ult or Graves W.) Now if you are in the AoE spell for to long it will activate leaving you stunned into place or rooted.

This works well 1v1 you can throw down her ult making the screen black for your opponent and when they try to get out of your ult, you can suck them back in with your E buying you time for your ult to activate.

As far as team fights, how will this work? I got a few. Bards ult locking the team into place, Then throwing down Diana's ult(so now they cant see whats going on) and by the time Bard's ult ends Diana's ult will activate stunning everyone in to place, layering CC.

Throw Ori's ball on Diana. Diana throws down her ult, then flashing hitting her E to suck everyone in. All while this is going on Ori is using shock wave. If there is anyone left still alive they will be stunned by Diana's ult when it activates.

And that's it. I really just wanted to get this out of my head because I'm drunk and I wont remember any of it when I wake up.

personally i dont like this concept, but why was this made?

Diana is in an ok if not good spot. And she has vi-level sticking and good damage. I see no problem with diana, so i see problems with a new kit.

While Diana may suffer from an "identity crisis" and incapable of deciding whether she wants to be a fighter or an assassin (Q and R are like that of an assassin, W and E are the type of thing that fighters would have) she's still in a pretty good position. While she could be seen as overpowered, she's been nerfed to a Famine or Feast point. From many games of experience, I can easily say that if DIana doesn't win lane - by which I mean got more kills and/or farm than her opponent - she falls behind. If she falls behind, she falls flat and is almost completely worthless due to the fact that you need to be in the enemy's face to deal any significant damage, which is hard when the enemy team is at least 2 levels higher than you are.

However, if she does win lane, she pretty much becomes a nigh unstoppable killing machine. This is where the question of "overpowered" comes in. Personally, I think she might be strong, but not overpowered. The fact that she's hit or miss and losing lane with her will almost guarantee the game will be lost unless one of your allies got fed really makes up for the fact that her kit is very "unusual."
