Was just wondering, Do you think Specifically "Riot Kayle" Will be Re-Released, Aswell can you get it in a mystery gitf?

they sometimes open the vault, but I think the riot skins are for pax events. But yes you can get it from mystery gifting.
With the exception of Riot Singed, all the Riot skins are legacy (meaning they will come back for special occasions). Riot Kayle was recently available with a bundle (June) , so it could be awhile until she is here again. Yes, you can get it through mystery gift, but the odds you would get that exact skin are quite low.
Riot Kayle can be obtained through mystery skins, and they will probably release the skin for a limited time in the store at some point in the future. However they do tend to put them in big bundles, so be prepared for that.
Championship Riven is the one Championship skin that is limited edition. You cannot obtain it anymore. Riot does not have any plans to release that skin again anytime soon.

Riot Kayle is a legacy skin, which means that she can come back into the store periodically. As other have mentioned, she is available via Mystery Gifts.
Championship Riven is not available via Mystery Gifting. If you're curious about which skins are and are not available, check out the Mystery Gifting FAQ. We've mentioned before that there is a possibility of bringing Championship Riven back. Most limited edition skins took four years to come back after release, and it's been a little over two years for Riven so far.
