Baron, The Big One (Champ Concept)

This is less about a specific champ and more about a concept I liked. We've all heard about marksman, mages and such, but I propose the idea of Commander. Its a difficult idea to put into practice, but it can be fun for all parties involved if successful. If you don't already know what I'm talking about, ill just let my champ idea speak for itself. Passive: Gargantuan Monster Baron is so massive he cannot participate from inside the Fields, but above them. Baron has no champ avatar, can only use abilities where there is line of sight, and has no auto attack. Baron can also not use wards and gets a fixed amount of xp based on his teams levels.

The reason I thought Baron (the big one) would fit the bill is because hes SO HUGE he couldn't possibly actually fit in any of the fields of justice. Barons role would be not only support, but a strategic mastermind that didn't have to worry about their own wellbeing, instead allowing them to focus on the battle field as a whole. Given as my Q,W,and E ideas are only my thoughts and have nothing to do with the concept im trying to get across, ill skip straight to the ult;

R: Compound Eyes Barons vision splits four ways for a while, initially to each friendly champion.

Basically, this means a players screen splits into 4, first focusing on each friendly champ, but still able to move them at will. This allows Baron to efectively manage the entire map for a while.

Balancing Cons: Practically teleports across the map because the placement is decided by camera and not movement speed impossible to accurately predict because not hampered by movement speed cannot take damage

Possible fixes: Make Barons icon visible wherever the camera is Make all abilities have a telegraph and delay to allow for enemies to have a chance to avoid his abilities Baron can only attack where he has LOS, meaning if you kill all his friendlies in a certain area, he cannot have influence there

Balancing Pros: 4 vs. 5 with an ever present supporting strategist no auto attacks means its extremely easy to steal mini-Baron or dragon from him if an exploit is attempted Baron cannot push. At all.

Other Ideas: These are other things that aren't crucial to the concept, but i like the idea of.

Q: Slime Shot Baron shoots a toxic sludge at target location, causing AOE damage and slow

W: Tentacle Drop Baron drops a tentacle on the ground, dealing damage as well as stunning those it lands on and knocking up those it barely missed. If the tentacle receives a certain amount of damage before is recedes, the attack is disables for a while as well as counting as a kill.

E: Arrogant Roar Baron sends a roar across the fields, giving all allied champs a tiny boost to every stat and every enemy a chance to be terrified for a few seconds

Barons head is behind the summoning platform of his team Champs in the camera of the Baron player hear quiet, heavy breathing Baron has tentacles wrapped around the corners of top and bottom lanes in the rift; to hold himself on Baron could have a loch ness skin similar to cho' gath's Barons Q could be shot from his mouth as spawn, but still land like a meteor at the target area

So what do your think? I think a commander champ of some kind in the future would be a cool idea, even if it isn't this one in particular. Any questions or suggestions?

a few things

A. it shouldnt be baron because...we already have a baron

B. it shouldnt have global spells, and it should have a champ avatar, so hes killable and using the power of his kit takes risk

C. he must be VERY weak and immobile

D. if anything he should be kinda like abathur in heros of the storm

i do like this idea though
