First Strike loading screen cards question
I get how you get the border things, but when you get them is it permanent? Or just for the event. And if it is permanent will you be able to disable it.

The loading borders for the PROJECT skins are permanent; if you'd like them removed from your account, you can contact Riot Games Player Support, and they should be able to easily accommodate! :)
The borders are permanent for the skins once unlocked.
