I recently go into the champion leblanc and ive been playing her for a while and i thought that i would like to get a skin for her so i went to buy one and the only two skins availible arent even that great so i would like to know how many of you think she deserves a new skin.

Skins have nothing to do with balance. The art team doesn't make balance decisions, they just make the game look good. And the balance team doesn't make skins.
Both have no influence over the other. At all.
She did technically get one last years harrowing... Which so should have been permanent due to her lack of skins.

He meant that LeBlanc and/or LaBlanc players don't deserve a new skin until LeBlanc gets nerfed/gets counterplay.
