Ideas for Movement Speed and trinkets/runes

I couldn’t find any information on a couple things I had thought of while watching the LCK finals so I decided to write my first post. I’d love any feedback (:

While watching I had mistakenly thought that the Tahm Kench supp had swallowed up his ADC. It took me a minute to realize that he didn’t and the only reason I noticed is because the Tahm was moving pretty close to the same speed as the minions. It gave me an idea that would be what I think could be a neat mechanic. I thought that in situations where a champ gets a movespeed buff it would be nice to have a hotkey to perhaps cycle through common %movespeed adjustments and negate them. For example: if Tahm had eaten his teammate he could cycle to a slower movespeed in order to keep the fact that he has a teammate with him hidden from enemies. Once they got closer he could cycle back up and spit out his teammate, essentially using the mechanic to do a sort of ambush.

The other idea I had was after I noticed how many lane wards were being placed. I thought that it might be an interesting way to allow cheap lane warding while not being able to just place wards freely. Incorporated as a trinket or rune that you could activate, it would allow you to place a ward on the next minion killed. This would help with lane warding at a limited availability. It could allow lane champs in need of more damage oriented items to still be effective in the vision war while not taking up an item slot or with total freedom to place said wards wherever they please.
