Durand, The Builder

So to start off for those of you who dont know Durand his the maker of Galio,

Lets start off by lore

Lore After the making of Galio, Durand was hired to make armor for the soldiers and minions. Even doe he loves to help he feels a little empty just repairing stuff since he used to make grand creations like demacian structures and Galio to repairing minions and armors. So in seek of a change he decides to join the summoners rift in order to help those around him and better the Rift itself.

Champion Abilities Durand is a Support/Utility type that makes playing defensive a lot easier while also helping team mates with their wave control. hes overall great in lane and off lane which makes him a great support even doe lacking the offensive part

Abilities

Passive: Improvements - If Durand right clicks Allies, Minions and Towers it gives them armor stacks called Improvement! making them gain a 25 shield than can be stacked up to 4 times max and lasts for 2 seconds not refresh-able after the 4th stack

E: Gear Up! : Durand's E has different effects depending on on his target , pressing E without a target self targets Durand which behaves as targeting an ally Turrets: Durand gives an ally Turret's attack speed increase by 0.2/ 0.4/ 0.6 /0.8 / 1 Allies: Durand Gives allies a boost
