I have seen everything EXCEPT a black female champ. Can we PLEASE have a few? I mean, we have colorful champs ( Morgana/Soraka) but I'm talking caramel/chocolate skinned ones. I feel like I'm the only person who wants this or who notices.

Dude, Runterra as a continent has many european influences. I am not surprised there aren't more diverse skin colors in the champion pool.
Karma is a black female champ. I don't get why we need to ask for them. Is it really that bad to have a black champ over a white, or a male over a female? The only difference is the women in League are usually OP af.

For all you people attacking the OP, read this. When someone requests a champion with a specific ethnicity/gender/social group that they identify with, they don't expect or even want that to be all that champion is. It's kind of understood that people who request champions obviously want a well developed story to go with them. You people just jump on the one aspect and relentlessly attack it into the ground, often with your own subtly racist remarks. We got Illaoi who was a Pacific Islander, and while she has a very distinct ethnicity, she has a well developed personality and story. Then there's the Middle Eastern Taliyah, clearly representative of an Egyptian or Arab, yet she is more than that when the lore is added in. What I'm getting at is these, and many other champions are characters that these groups of people can identify with. That is all the OP wants. I get the impression that she doesn't care if she's a Noxian, a Demacian, or a Ionian, so long as she has the look and feel of someone she can identify with. You people who immediately attack this desire with such nastiness need to leave and take your racism elsewhere, because odds are, you are young, straight, white men who have never been wanting for any character to relate to. Oh, unless you need another Darius, Talon, or Ezreal who just fits your ideals more perfectly, then it's ok for you want a specific champion.

I feel awkward how you interpret how we need a champion of a different color in league. We already have alot of colorful champions but female "black" ones is what you want so much?

There's Karma. Black or not, she's still a woman of color with dark complexion. Her skin color is practically the same as Lucian if you notice them together in the bottom lane as adc and supp.
You seem really racist TBH this just sounds as awful as it is, the champions are all cool in their own rights and their skin color and gender don't have to much to do with it. But yeah I agree karma would be more a Vietnamese Asian toned and Nid is more of a Tribal life styled native. But honestly it makes me feel weird for you to bring it up its just odd.
once you start making champions with the premise "ok must be black and female" instead ok we want them to do x and y the game will go down hill sides what if they make one and she sucks will that make riot racist? or what if shes op will that make riot racist? how about we just dont care what color the champions in a video game are?

Of course the least represented minority race in LoL would be the Minotaurs. Being slaughtered and enslaved by the Noxians and forced to live in some of the least inhabitable lands in Valoran.
All LoL has is Alistar, a former slave who's family was slaughtered.

It's nice to have representation. I love playing league but sometimes seeing how there's a lack of champs that are black reminds me of how racist the world is and that even in game world it follows.
People are mad because bringing this up makes them uncomfortable.
KARMA isn't black, just like overwatch they are just using a dark skin Indian girl and using her a a safety net for dark skin girls it's kinda gross tbh and she is a forgotten champ when it comes to skins ect.

There are no savannas on Valoran where a black person could naturally come from. They would have to come from a new continent or come from before the Runewar.
You have seen everything? Then why is there no arab male champion in the game? The biggest race that is underrepresented across all industries are arabs not blacks.
