Tripwire champion

A champion that attaches a tripwire to two sides of terrain like an irelia e but only on walls and it would stay much longer. Acting like a trap it would reveal champions who cross it and do some kind of alternate effect like add a slow. could be used to inform you of ganks that would otherwise be unwarded, or used quickly in pursuit or to get away during a chase.
