Mithik of the Titan Forge

(Viking, size of Nautalis)

Tank, Bruiser, Jungler

Half titan, half viking. Blacksmith. Interacted with Olaf and Braum. Nordic, with dark tan and sooty skin. He wields an enormous (sledge-like) hammer.

Passive: Eye For Fragility - Mithik has an eye for imperfections and quickly exploits them. Mithik basic attacks deal true damage instead when attacking an enemy champion blow (25-30)% max health.

Q: Shards and Sparks (Passive) - every third attack deals AOE physical damage and slows all enemies hit by % (Active) - his basic attacks deal AOE physical damage and reduces all slows on himself by %. This disables the passive while active.

W: Draw Out - Mithik slams the ground with his hammer shooting shards out of the ground in a cone damaging and pushing enemies aside and slowing.

E: Tempered Skin (Passive) - Mithik gains bonus magic resistance and armor equal to % of his bonus armor and magic resistance. (Active) - Mithink's body becomes enveloped in flame dealing AOE magic damage over time equal to a % of his max health.

R: Shatter All Weakness - Mithik calls on the Spirit of the Forge, raising his hammer. A huge ethereal hammer of fire mimics his movement. As he charges it it extends the range of the impact point (up to lux's ult). When it reaches the end of its range or activated again, he slams the hammer of fire down crushing everyone at the impact point, with a trail of fire between it and Mithik. His channeling cannot be interrupted. Those in the fire take magic damage over time as long as they remain in it. Those struck by the head of the hammer (area equal to satchel charge) are dealt substantial damage (true damage if Mithik is below 25% max health). If at least one enemy is killed by the head of the hammer, Mithik gains 50% of his max health back.

Hey! Here are my thoughts on your concept! ^_^

Passive: I'm guessing this is supposed to be an execute passive? It'll probably be really strong early in duels but true damage falls off as the game goes on. Think about irelia's W or Olaf's E, both are terrifying early on but are kind of meh during the lategame.

E: Riot tends to stay away from abilities that give stats for building stats. I don't remember the exact reason why but i think it was a unhealthy mechanic or something? There was a really good reason for this but I can't remember of the top of my head.

Overall: I think you have a solid concept but I can't give a proper review without the numbers:/ Whether champion is weak or strong depends on the numbers, how much stats does he get from his E? How much extra damage does his Q do? How much damage does his ult do? What does he scale of off? Etc. Solid concept but I can't give a proper review without that information.
