Legacy and Holiday Skins

Okay, here we go. My opinion on Legacy and Halloween skins, is that Riot does NOTHING to reward players that buy these skins when they are originally released.. For example, I bought Zombie Brand in Halloween 2013, and I was upset to see it released again. Maybe, when somebody purchases a Legacy skin, in Season 2, for example, then in the Loading Screen, there is a mark on the skin that says "S2" or "Season 2". This would be a way for people to be proud of skins, while not costing Riot anything, or ruining the fun for others.
