I have a friend who has desperately been working hard to get to level 30 in order to play with us in ranked queues and I wanted to surprise him with the definitely not Blitzcrank skin for getting there. Is there any way that I could get this for him? I would be willing to pay extra RP considering the fact that it is a limited edition skin.
Barring a lucky mystery gift, I don't know of any way to get the skin legitimately. There's a chance it'll be released for next halloween, I suppose.
Incidentally, you've got great taste in skins.

Yeah it's only a limited time skin, they said they most likely won't re-release it but then again they did last halloween. It's already been said, but the only way to get it right now is through a lucky mystery gift. Good choice in skins sir, it is the best skin in the game. (only slightly biased)
