Where is our Dragonmaster Swain?

Seeming as how Swain's last skin (Tyrant Swain) was way back in ~June 2012, it seems about time that us few Swain players get some attention! I mean champions like Ahri and Thresh (last skins released ~Nov. 2013 and ~Oct. 2013 respectively) are getting new skins in just around a year's worth of time. Meanwhile, other players that play "less popular" champs are stuck waiting, hoping that Riot will one day craft some new pixels for the unloved champions. Yes, I understand that if we are prioritizing the majority of players, then uncommon champs like Swain, Urgot, and even Zac are on the bottom of the totem pole for getting new skins. This doesn't mean that those minority players don't mind waiting exceptionally long periods of time for new skins.... we just don't want to wait forever. I can only imagine how Kennen and Zilean players feel... Please Riot, just trying to remind you that some of us are still looking forward to getting a new skin for an old favorite.
