How is there not a Thor Olaf skin

This needs to happen, its such a good idea just give him a cape kinda like new swains but less cloak like and red, give him a hammer, make him blond with smaller beard, blue e, he needs to throw the hammer as his q obvi but his other weapon could be an ax like in the comics, his w should be lighting sparking over his arms/hands and his ulty could be the same thing as w just covering his entire body and more epic, his actual champion model could look like MCU Thor ooooor what he looks like in "the unworthy Thor" comic line. as a joke they could make him reference loki as his taunt he could mike drop his hammer like garen dance and for a dance he could do anything honestly (his laugh is just a laugh) recall animation is him flying away with his spinning hammer and death animation could be him overcharging with lightning or doping the hammer and just kinda dying.
