Random Skin Tab

I have a concept to put in this game!!!!!!! I think when we should get a random skin tab because I have multiple skins for champions and I wanna use a random skin. Especially when I have all the skins for that champion and I don't even care which skin I use. Just like how they had the random champion in blind pick. [sg-janna]
