[Champion Concept] Krey - The Eternal Observer
The humanoid dubbed Krey, a man of unknown origins that has been watching humanity for as long as there have been records. He's never spoke a word or having been seen move. He has been spotted almost everywhere with no sign of ever entering or leaving. This will now conclude our report on Krey.
I was once a great wizard and war leader for the Pantheon many many many years ago. I escaped with my life and that is the last thing I want. The last thing that happened to me was an eternal curse placed on me. I can only watch what is to come of everyone now that I betrayed Pantheon deity, and released what is now to be the downfall of life. I try not to get attached to them, but it never lasts I end up caring for all of the people I have to watch. I don't want to see them be killed... why did I have release that monster!? That monster tricked me and is going to be the downfall of all life! Why?! Why could they just kill me so I don't have to suffer! That monster I saved told me one thing before destroying everything in front of me, everything. My family, my home, the people who should have killed me. It told me none who associated with the pantheon would be spared. After that it proceeded to destroy my entire galaxy in front of me. With the curse to keep me alive I can only watch and pray for death.

Passive: Lifeless Gaze > Krey grounds enemies for 1/1.5/2 seconds that have damaged him.
Q: Curiosity > Krey marks an enemy champion with {Unseen Eyes}. {Unseen Eyes} slows the affected target for 15%/30%/45%/60%/75% for 4 seconds. If the target is effected by Lifeless Gaze at the end of the slow's duration they are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
CD: 16/15/14/13/12 Cost: 60/65/70/75/80
W: Inescapable Stare > Krey reveals all nearby enemy champions for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds and affects them with {unseen eyes}.
CD: 60/54/48/42/36 Cost: 100/95/90/85/80
E: Undesirable Foresight > Krey fears an enemy champion for 2 seconds and dealing 60/100/140/180/240 (+80% AP) Magic Damage. Nearby enemy champions are dealt half the effect as the main target.

R: The Eternal Curse > Krey places all other champions in a stasis for 2 seconds. For the next 9 seconds Krey's attacks and abilities deal 100/200/300 (+50% AP) magic damage to and around targets.
