I just played a game with a guy, and he offered to get me a sivir skin if I did well, a friendly wager. I went 2/0 b/c of an early surrender, but I didn't play that well. I was looking at Sivir skins and the Snowstorm one is gone. Is there any way that I can get it now or do I have to wait till next Winter?

You can get it... But only through a mystery skin. So its either get him to get you a mystery skin and risk it being for a different champ (it most likely will be) or pick a Sivir skin that you like.

I just got Snowstorm Sivir through a 490 RP mystery skin gift, and it's late August, so perhaps you'll get lucky. :) There's a really small chance of getting the one you want though, I was aiming for another but got this one instead, I'm pleasantly surprised.
