Capture The Flag - League of Legends RULEBOOK
Objective: The objective of the game is to score three points, or as many points as you can in a time limit. To score a point, an attacker must place a control ward on the enemy fountain, then run back to their own in one succession without dying.
Players and their Roles:
2 attackers, 1 neutral and 2 defenders.
Attackers:
It is an attackers job to place the control ward in the enemy base, then run back to their own in succession (without dying).
You CANNOT kill or damage anyone (Crowd Control allowed)! You can only be killed by the Neutral (or defence if you have control of the flag). You can go anywhere on the map. You are allowed to walk into lane and soak up experience, but can’t touch minions at any cost. The attacker that places the control ward, has to be the attacker that earns the point (has to get back into base)
Neutral:
It is the Neutrals job to be the damage of the team, they kill things.
Neutrals take jungle camps to gain experience and gold. Neutrals are allowed to kill attackers, and the enemy neutral. Neutrals are not allowed to leave the jungle (this includes their own base, so in order to buy you must be quick, and you can't attack anyone in your, or their base), or go into vision range of the enemy minions (meaning you will have to walk around a minion wave). You can be killed by the enemy neutral. You are the only role allowed buffs (smite optional).
Defenders:
It is the Defenders job to stop the Attackers from ‘capturing the flag’. In doing so, they can ONLY use Crown Control Abilities that slow down the attackers.
Defenders can ONLY use abilities! NO AUTO ATTACKS ALLOWED! Defenders can ONLY kill attackers if the attackers have ‘control’ of the ‘flag’. Defenders CANNOT attack other defenders. Defenders can’t be killed by any role, but can be crowd controlled by attackers (if the attackers kills the enemy defender by accident, no point is given to either team until they come back to life). Defenders CANNOT pass the enemy first tier turret (you know your limits, don’t be cheeky). Defenders are responsible for clearing waves, but leave their base at their own costs.
How the game runs:
The game should be run in draft pick to reduce mirror matchup, but blind pick optional. Once you enter the game, each player goes into a lane and reaches level six (two lanes will have to double up, so the one lane with only two people will just have to wait in base). Once a player receives level 6, they immediately go back to base, buy items, and wait for everyone to be ready. Once everyone gives the 'OK', the game commences. Attackers go for points, defenders stop the attackers and Neutrals run around the jungle and kill things!

Teleport Teemo (duh) Rengar Heimerdingers Turrets (unless you're neutral) Shaco? (up to debate) Singed Poison (Unless your Neutral) Rek’sai ultimate Dragon and Baron buffs
