Can riot make a new Evelynn skin? One that has an effect on how each ability looks? The three that she does have do not change the apperance of her abilities. I would love one that is more colorful.

yeah she could use a new skin, some buffs as well, unfortunately she is very hard to make skills for since she has such little particle effects
