Mastery Level 8 Unlocks 'Master' Champion Skin

You must win 3 consecutive Match-Made Summoners Rift games with S or Higher on an owned Level 7 champion to unlock the Level 8 'Master Skin'.

Once unlocked the 'Master Skin' must be purchased with RP to own and use.

Every Champion would need it's own 'Master Skin'.

The games don't have to be one after the other but would work similarly to promo's in that when you DO use an eligible champion in match-made Summoners Rift games it counts toward Level 8 progress.

Beneficial for RIOT in the sense that almost everyone who unlocks the Level 8 skin will very likely purchase the skin. A lot of players hold off on spending money on things like Skins and many have probably never bought a skin which is how RIOT earns their money. So for first time purchasers it will 'break the ice' so to speak and likely lead to more transactions with the game in the future.

I think it would be a cool dimension to the game and a step ahead in the mastery leveling system,

Level 7 Mastery can be spammed. A skin, on the other hand, can't.

Also, toxic behavior is the fault of the player. If the whole plan was simply for RIOT to build a game where toxic behavior couldn't exist at all, we unfortunately wouldn't have our beloved League of Legends. It is a competitive game after all and that is part of the price.

It may even aid in quelling toxic behavior because players would have to play really well to unlock it in the first place. And that obviously involves not being toxic but being a better team mate.

Sounds like you would prefer an Honor skin over a Mastery Skin

Nah. Even if it didn't cost rp, just nah. Many players are already too over egotistical with Rank 7 Mastery. Adding additional ranks would be deliberately enabling toxic behavior at that point. I mean that already happens with Mastery 7... but even more so.

No, no, no, no, no, NO! Win 3 CONSECUTIVE games with S or above? The game already struggles with toxicity, this straight up encourages KDA play over playing to win. Terrible idea!

i think if we paygate it with blue, then onetricks with high masteries might be worth watching
