Arclight Skins and Blood Moon skins

I like these themes, but I am wanting more from them.

Please take these suggestions lightly, but I would like to see the following skins:

Blood Moon Jhin Blood Moon Kindred OR Nidalee Arclight Brand

Now I'm not sure how the skins for champs are picked, could be premeditated or it could work off of ideas and seeing whatever works.. However I really want to see these skins!

My reasoning for Arclight Brand: We have Vel'Koz, Vayne, and Varus. Why not make it a fun bursty Arclight bot lane and add Brand? I'm picturing him throwing bursty beams of light and creating runic light circles on the ground, filling his enemies with arclight for his ulti...

My reasoning for the blood moon skins: Okay so we have one full comp: Akali, Elise, Yasuo, Kalista, Thresh vs an unfinished comp Shen, Kennen, Zilean. We need another jungler and another ADC if we want to have two meta comps.

My reasoning for Jhin is that he already fits the theme with wearing a mask (same goes for Kindred) and Jhin also likes to perform and the whole blood moon thing is a performance/reenactment.

My reasoning for Nidalee is that she is strong vs Elise but she is weak to Akali and Yasuo (assuming those 3 are on the same team).

My reasoning for Kindred is that I haven't seen Kindred get a skin recently and I know Nidalee has a ton of other skins, plus the mask thing.

I couldn't think of any other champions that might come close to A) being in the city for the festival/performance/reenactment or B) Have an interest in such a thing to take part in it.

Perhaps you might have other ideas for Arclight/Blood Moon skins, I'm open to discussion! Perhaps there are already concepts for these skins that you have found that I wasn't able to find that you could share so that I could see, too?
