Champion updates and refund tokens

I guess you know what this is about, but in case you don't, I'll sum up for you: 6-7 champion reworks per year, 3 tokens in total to refund champions or skins.

Fair? Obviously not. This policy is theft, plain and simple. You know it, Rito, and we know it. I purchase something, and then all of a sudden, it doesn't turn into a potato. I have a warrantee period and if in that time any of the characteristics change in what I bought, every store will offer me a refund or will offer to change it for some other product.

Stand up and complain, people, and we will achieve a decent token amount. You know, "stick together".
