RIOT GIVE US GENTLEMAN ZED

So while randomly playing Zed, I came up with a concept for a possible skin, Gentleman Zed. It would of course be Gentleman Cho's counterpart. For a quick rundown, here's what I came up with:

1. You'd have your basic monocle, cane, and tophat for the cosmetic aspect of the skin.
2. For his Q, Razor Shuriken, Zed would throw out some tasty crumpet at his enemy.
3. For his W, Living Shadow, Zed would probably throw a pot of tea at the ground. The steam rising from the hot tea would then turn into his shadow.
4. I haven't thought of anything for his E yet. :c
5. For his ult though, whenever he dashes behind the target enemy champ, the X being shown on their back would be the British Union Jack. But when tagged with Deathmark, the icon floating above their head would be a tiny British Flag, until the ability pops and the enemy goes splat..
