new vel'koz skin

bubble gum vel'koz i mean it only makes sense 2 of his 4 ability's slow AND bubble gum is very sticky huh huh??? i would draw something up but i have no drawing skills . his Q would be a flying ball of bubble gum makes a gum popping noise at the end when it splits. his W would look like a gum fresh out of the pack then pop. since his W does not slow i feel it should be a fresh gum and then he makes a design on it like he already does in his arclight skin. the E would be a little circle that is making a bubble then when it pops knocks people up. the R is him blowing a giant bubble that popped but he blows it so it kinda sounds like a kazoo as hes blowing it making the popped bubble hit everyone in that beam. when he dies he would start screaming and turn into a big bubble that starts screaming like he already does then "pop" his back could be like a back or his battle cast back where he flys in the air but flys with a bubble gum balloon his joke could be him getting stuck on the ground or his arms at lest and im not sure what else to put but this would be an awesome s 1850 skin i know alot of people would get a good kick out of and alot of people buying him/ the skin.
